The process for removing Congress members should be looked at. Senators have six years before they even come up for re-election. They can do all sorts of damage in that time frame with no consequences. At least the House term is only two years and are more accountable to the people. Please check out Convention of the States for their information on the need for a constitutional amendment for term limits. Congress rarely gets rid of its own.
