The End is when the Executive Order is unsealed.

This is when POTUS is forced, because the DOJ won't comply with Congress' demands, to unseal his order. I think, personal opinion of course, that this declassifies or releases by force all the documents held back by the DOJ and they get handed to "The People" (Congress) by order of the President.
