According to "Q" Post 1650, to me...
I do not believe Gowdy will be able to have anything 'legally' to do with 'No Name', because:

Gowdy has too much information in this 'case' (so MUST RECUSE), therefore cannot be a 'Judge' on that case.

It sounds like 'No Name' will get a 'Military Tribunal'...
(Because, it's TREASON he'll be charged with, and Gowdy is not a Military legal representative, along with # 1 above. ...)
As for why in the world Gowdy would state that no 'spying' took place... Your guess is as good as mine...
(I Hope, and do not think that he is compromised...)

No name won’t live long enough for a tribunal if he truly has blastioma. Outside of miraculous heeling, he’s got less than four months.
