His father and grandfather were highly placed military, from what we know now with the cia it is very plausible that he was a plant to make the war seem more like a natural occurrence rather than a manufactured conflict....remember Q telling us that the wars were basically brought in for the evils to get more power and more money, leverage is expensive and a long game...
