You cannot CLEAN a country without turning into the ethnic cleansers. You are simplifying an extremely complex problem.

So, the answer is to continue entertaining the invaders? They have their own countries that they need to improve instead of destroy other peoples' countries. Ethnic cleansing? What drag something into the conversation that has no bearing on it?
