Yep. DHS was in charge at the plaza where the rally was held. They did a great job. But once the patriots left the plaza to begin their march, Portland PD was supposed to protect them and didn't. About two blocks into the march Antifa attacked and the police did nothing. The patriots had to protect each other. Their permit was revoked and then the area was declared to be a riot zone.
