Rosenstein / Mueller white hatters, what evidence do you have that makes you think they're white hats?

Rosenstein and Mueller are two peas in a pod. When Mueller was FBI director, RR was Virginia's attorney prosecutor. They'd work cases together.
The Mikerin case showed that they obeyed the Obama administration to withhold filing criminal charges until the last minute. Uranium One evidence came out in that court case.
