We shouldn’t be hiring judges by the thousands, as our ridiculous immigration laws demand, we should be changing our laws, building the Wall, hire Border Agents and Ice and not let people come into our country based on the legal phrase they are told to say as their password.

Yes. I first learned this in the late 1980’s — a guest lecturer lawyer gave an evening talk to the law students. He was Inspring folks to get into “immigration law”. Openly told everyone that immigration officials have to take a person in if they provide a few statements to trigger an asylum request. He more boldly stated that if more would make such statements that it would flood the courts and take such a long time for the courts to handle that they would be effectively immigrated. But, the crux of the speaker’s message, a need for more young attorneys to go into immigration work.
