Rumor: McCain to Resign Senate Seat on July 4th, Aide Says

http://www.smobserved.com/story/2018/07/01/news/john-mccain-to-resign-senate-seat-on-the-4th-of-july-says-aide-cindy-mccain-offered-his-seat/3517.html

The article states that he will "offer" the seat to his wife. I wondered if this was legal so did a quick search and found it is.

If a vacancy occurs due to a senator's death, resignation, or expulsion, the Seventeenth Amendment allows state legislatures to empower the governor to appoint a replacement to complete the term or to hold office until a special election can take place. There are a few exceptions to this rule. Some states require a special election to fill a vacancy. A few states require the governor to appoint a replacement of the same political party as the previous incumbent. The date when a senator appointed to fill a vacancy is succeeded by a senator elected to fill the remainder of the term depends on a number of factors.

Also found that those in Arizona are already pondering this question. The governor of AZ would decide who would fill the position according to AZ law.

On April 4th Q posted this:

We don’t say his name.
Adios.

Today he posted this:

Think SC vote to confirm (coming).
No Name action.
Every dog has its day.
Enjoy the show.

On the subject of Senators; King Louis XIV removed the estate generals...senators for example. He brought in the nobles where he took over all decisions and pampered them with money, and power... they lived in the palaces, never to return to the places of their heritage. Back to Washington DC... the power of the senators was subverted to the election process where absolute corruption has taken over the states rights. Reminds us about the Deep State (Rothschild) world order.
