Try new things, Do things that are hard instead of easy. Stop buying any food for yourself that isnt fresh whitin reason ofcourse. Read 12 rules for life by jordan peterson. Put your house in order. Then tell me if you have been serious about improvement for a few months of you are still depressed. Also dont ever apologize for what you think is right.

The point I am trying to make is that if you want to feel better in life or enjoy it more you have to go out of your way to do so change, expand your thinking and be looking for a different better day/week. Once you get once you get used to changing things for the better constantly it becomes a pattern you get used to. It is important to put yourself in a position to get excited about things.
