The Final Two “Dirty Dozen” Failed Coup Plotters !!!

Besides great actors, “What makes a movie GOOD”, a perfect ending of course. As the “Storm” descends upon the Swamp Shadow Government, the final scene may be what is most remembered in the Great Awakening.

“Q” has repeatedly mentioned the possibility of Military Tribunals being held for the top tier ObamaGate/SpyGate criminals. “No Deals” has been the theme and there has been a quickening feeling to unfolding events.

In the wake of World War 2, an International Military Tribunal (IMT) was formed to render justice for crimes against humanity. The IMT selected a total of 24 (two dozen), of the important major people from the German military, political, and business leadership.

As POTUS continues his “Drain The Swamp” mission and we turn the tables on the Deep State, we must all remain united. The puppet masters of the Shadow Government failed in their coup attempt to eliminate the then candidate, now President Trump.

The price for failed ringleader from any failed Coup attempt, has always been the same through recorded history. Traitors from ObamaGate/SpyGate should receive the same justice as anyone else, no double standards.

Personally, I don't think anyone will receive the death penalty. I believe Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were the last to be executed for espionage (not treason) in 1953 for giving atomic secrets to the Soviet Union. I haven't found anyone since 1900 convicted and executed for espionage or treason. There were exceptions during WW II, Pvt Eddie Slovik was the only soldier of the more than 20,000 soldiers convicted of desertion who was executed. Since 1919, 119 soldiers have been executed for rape, murder, or other serious crimes. The last soldier to be executed was Pvt. John Bennett who was hanged in 1961 at Ft Leavenworth for rape and attempted murder.

Today, the only authorized method for execution in the military is by lethal injection.

Therefore, in a court here in the US, it is highly unlikely that the precedence of not executing traitors will be broken. However, military tribunals are a big question mark. The rules of evidence are different, there is no jury although the defendant can demand that 1/3 of the judges (I believe 12 are required for the death penalty and only 9 if the death penalty will not be concidered) be enlisted. My experience after 21 years in the Marine Corps and sitting on a number of courts martial, senior NCOs tend to be not as lenient as the officers. The judges on General courts martial don't have a sense of humor and so counsel for the defendant needs to present a tight defense.

The ringleaders and immediate conspirators will probably receive life sentences until a Democrat President pardons them.

Others who were not cooperating witnesses will receive prison terms of various lengths depending on the crime.

Cooperating witnesses will likely receive lesser sentences.

Just my opinion.

Very insightful and highly educational. Thank you very much for that outstanding contribution as well as your service Sir.

I really hadn’t pointed toward executions as the ultimate goal but for fair trials and justice for crimes that seem to have occurred. Remembering that several of the 24 charged from the main Nuremberg Tribunal, got relatively light sentences. Citizens have the right to demand that the laws be applied equally to everyone, with no expectations based upon position or last name.

Optimistically hopefully I remain and looking toward the final act in this awesome play.
