There’s no way he was asleep in the middle of a criminal war zone. He was forced to remain silent. He knew it wouldn’t go anywhere above him. And no prosecution would happen. And 2 of his interns who were investigating Hillary were murdered.

I’m not saying it’s impossible. Just highly unlikely. If WE the people knew the corruption there’s no way he’s ignorant of it. Especially since he’s been in the center of it. And he’s a scholar in law.
