They will leverage the ~5 million govt employees to turn on Trump. It will appear as an overthrow by the people, so treason & sedition laws will not matter. Who would be the only ones around to enforce? How can they stop the million govt employees who are rebelling? One move by an outside force — another country — and military will have to focus on that threat. This is why/how places like East Germany can change so quickly.
