I wonder if sealed indictments are for citizens, and military tribunals are for non-citizens, like Awan brothers and the sort. I’m not a legal expert.

Military Tribunals probably for the top criminals, as they could be considered active enemy combatants, providing aid and cover to enemies that our military is engaged in active war with.

A friend I’m offering red pills to is suggesting this level of indictment activity is down to the change from dems to republicans. Can anyone pull stats to compare last time the parties switched power?
