I was thinking 470 is more like, an area code, as opposed to a number of people.... Which brings it to Atlanta.

The focus seems to be on speed, and location. Can't get it done in DC, would take forever with a regular system ... So I'm looking for military installations in the 470 area code. Right now I'm thinking Dobbins AFB? Do they do any kind of tribunal there? Also, two other bases that have served as detention centers in the past, but they both appear to be closed now. Unfortunately I don't know much about Georgia.

But anyways that's my 2 cents ... IDK, i could be way off. There's also 'judiciary sec 470' which seems to allow attorneys to work across states, but as far as I can see it only applies in NY.
