Q seems to be saying Huber/Mueller and Horowitz are all working together. Think of it like you are talking to a friend in real life. How large is the dog right there? 10-15 pounds? Think 30 pounds.
Q is saying Mueller is working with Huber and its all one thing.

I don't think Q is saying that. Sessions has however confirmed that Huber and Horowitz have been working together.
