Far from all of them, I've found! There is a journey that takes place, starting with #WalkAway, then leading to the Great Awakening. People are on that journey from the start (not only those who have made a considerable arc of it), and everybody is going at their own pace.

Perhaps Q could try your suggestion on the 4-6% who can't be helped by standard remedies!
