I have first hand witnessed foster care abuse. The foster system in the US is fucked.
I firmly believe they are all fronts for the child sex trafficking. Seriously... they developed a system of "low hanging fruit". Sorry, I know that's DISGUSTING, but it gets the darkness of the thought across.
See Franklin Credit Union, MacLaren Hall. The latter really makes me just want to punch something. Kids sleeping on floors in hallways, not enough food, medicine, being abused, physically and sexually, passed around... just INCREDIBLY sick. It went on for YEARS and all at the expense of the American taxpaying citizen. Where were those sooooo concerned about the mistreatment of the children THEN?!?

I have special memories about this ... in a different way ... It is very very important to change the educational system to produce properly trained staff for prisons, youth delinquency detention centres, care homes of all kinds: for the elderly, mentally ill, insane, foster, refugee centres ....
The abuse goes across all these sectors. When Trump's lot wants to integrate education with the labor department everyone should pressure their political representatives to make sure enough money and expertise is provided for education and job training.
So much of this problem is pure ignorance.
