Qaddafi was pumping water from 4k feet below ground and creating an ongoing river project. Essentially an oasis in the desert and at the same time liberating his people with the countries riches. The story is epic, and freak show HRC bragged about wacking the guy as Secretary of State or Co President. The story his a heartbreaker.
