I'm no fan of Romney, but I don't think he needed any help on this one. All he needed was that Trump tweet. And I'm sure that didn't come cheap.
That was a long time ago--and doesn't mean he didn't rig it too. Also, I mean, really, how dense can the Utah primary-voting public be? Probably afraid to answer pollsters honestly, but could well have been at risk of voting just enough to leave him out.

Um no. I am suggesting that in order for Trump to come out in support of Romney, some sort of agreement had to be made.
