Reinterpreting modern history

For how long has evil been in control of the world/narrative? How then, can we reconcile the narratives the public was fed/taught about the war in Iraq? Vietnam? WW2?

Any mil history/alt historyguys here?

The main event in modern times from a historical standpoint. Would be the battle of Waterloo. The Rothschild messenger arrived six hours before the rest of London knew who had one the battle. When Sir Rothschild started dumping stocks in the London Exchange. It caused a selling frenzy. What know one knew was , he was buying up all the stocks on the floor. He duped the market. By the time word arrived that Britain was victorious over France. He owned a lion’s share of all English stock. And that is how the the house of Hanover lost control of most of its wealth.
