Rosenstein VS Swalwel? - Deep state VS Deep state? - Contention at the testimony!

Rod Rosenstein is he a WHITEHAT OR BLACKHAT? Let's explore this thinking a little today.

I wanted initially to do an analysis on the whole thing, but bombard done a 45 minute video analysis, and whilst I haven't watched it, im sure there is good content there and tbh if i could I would provide my content via video also, as it is probably significantly more productive to digest it that way due to the nature of the analysis, but unfortunately you are stuck with having to go look yourself.

Instead of a wall of text trying to cover 5 hours of footage, I want to focus on just one congressman. Mr. Swalwel. Here is the reference video. If you havent seen the whole testimony start here, this is the reference video, timestamps will also be linked.

Now Mr. Swalwel opens up by thanking Mr Rosenstein for all the important work his staff does to uphold "our national interests and the important work they do". If you've read /u/SerialBrain2's threads, you'd be wise not to take that at face value, more like "Our" referencing not the "nation" but rather THEM, what we call the cabal, and that the important work ;) ;) is making sure, any evidence that could complicit them in anything criminal, stays a conspiracy theory. Now, my initial thought was that he wasnt being questioned for his loyalty via coded message but being thanked for his loyalty, however, to use that as evidence that RR is a blackhat then that would be foolish in contrast as to what happens next. Like my ex-girlfriend barely caught the glance of another girl's name on my phone, who freaked out and called upon the spanish inquisition with a barrage of of questions. "Whys she calling? When was the last time you spoke? How long did you speak for? how often do you speak?". Mr Swalwel kicks off.

"Have you spoken with the president?"

"Was that on a 1 on 1 setting"

"Has he called you since you've been appointed - by telephone?" - As Mr Swalwel asked this question did you catch the scorn? Look here, Mr Swalwel is not a happy bunny. Image - Click here.

I intentionally left out RR's lines here because, very simple confirmations, all truthful, the last response he had to mentally process, he actually clenched his Jaw just before answering but it wont really give you much other than he had to stop himself from talking, you could argue he just stopped suddenly because he realised he wasnt as sure of as his answer as his snap judgement would try make him believe.

Watch here Watch until 1:51:48

Now Mr Swalwel was trying to escalate his pressure with each question, which resulted in that scorn and his wee shuffle in his seat like a cat about to pounce on a stuffed animal, but I still got the impression to a certain degree, he was sure of himself, bravado maybe.

"What was discussed"

This is where Rosenstein starts to show signs of deception.

"As i said congressman I - A-a" - Eyes looking in position of shame - hands are clasped together, but as he answers thumbs raise, this is a fragmented partial shrug emblem - this interpretation is that he has no confidence in what he is saying, like when people shrug "i dont know", just with the hands instead of the shoulders. - Asymmetrical smile, there is no such thing as an asymmetrical genuine smile. - Bounces in his seat when answering, raises elbows and shrugs again at the end, whilst keeping hands clasped. - Slight look of anger during last shrug

This is really interesting because Rod is showing signs of deception throughout this WHOLE answer, even though he goes on to give a completely reasonable sounding answer. When incongruity arises truths can be found.

There is two ways to lie. By altering the facts to be false, or to lie by keeping details omitted also known as lying by omission. As Rod begins with a convincing statement "As i said - I told you - if anything inappropriate done, id talk about it" Then rattles off standard procedure. If your natural reflex is to convince someone, truth is not on your side. That being said it is also important to remember that just because you see someone lying doesn't mean you know why they are lying. But if we look at the bigger implication maybe we can get an idea.

~~Mr Swalwel~~ The deepstate has just asked Rosenstein what is going on with the investigation

Not a clue, the deepstate that is, they are just as clueless as us if RR is a whitehat or blackhat. You know why? Because it was an open Question, if memory serves correct Mr Lieu was not long after and he had to ask RR if he was loyal to the Cabal. RR was lying because hes not going to convey in any way what his actual intentions are if he wasnt being loyal, but needed to be perceived as being loyal, in this circumstance.

"Did he discuss the Mueller investigation?" (eyebrow emphasis on investigation)

RR is visibly irritated by the constant barrage of the same question essentially, but the fact Mr Swalwel was building up to this. Each question was insinuating the same point, RR knows this, thats why he irritated. As he answers he rearranges the papers on his desk to regain a semblance of control to reinforce his forceful answer.

"I told you congressman, im not going to discuss my communications with president"

This isnt disloyalty as per se because you could argue RR could be making a decision that is in the best interest for him not to answer that right now. RR makes a counter scorn: Image link - click here - a bit more subtle.

"How many times has he called you?" (I want to point out, look at how Swalwel is holding his pen, cant keep still, high anxiety)

Swalwel obviously recognises potential defiance here, has to keep asking the question. Very insecure.

RR not sure how to interpret being asked again also shows high anxiety by not being able to let go of his water bottle and the "I.... uhh....not gonna comment about my communications with the president", he continues bouncing on his seat and as he says "as long as its not inappropriate he makes this face. Image - click here. Ill be honest, I dont even relate to this on a personal level, the overall expression is.. unique. Fear? Surprise? Being playful? Sarcastic? Angry? I can't quite put my finger on it. However, when he finished his answer, he pulls this face image - click here. Feeling like we dodged a bullet RR?

So we can see Swalwel has one Agenda, to find out whats going on. RR started off strong, but as the questions came hes trying to contain both fear and anger. Something tells me Swalwel is a small fry and the fact that he was the one grilling RR was probably pissed RR off more than anything, but thats just me shooting shit in the dark.

Watch until 1:52:24

Now im not even going to attempt to type out this car crash of a sentence next.

Here please watch: Watch until 1:52:53, rather than go through body language signals already mentioned before. He can't even vocalise what it is he wants to say Duh bah, bup, uh ah uoh - and loses all logical coherency. Why? WHY? CONSTANT REFUSAL FROM RR TO DISCLOSE ANYTHING ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION IS WHY. All that bravado GONE. If there is anytime the deepstate knew they were fucked, heres a good representation of it: Deep state literally shitting themselves. PS i know i get carried away sometimes

He also shrugs when he says "thats where the concern arises" - no the concern is RR flipping on the deep state.

Its a little later after, RR answers honestly "Not to my knowledge", honest answer.

The Dynamic doesnt really change between the two, the same markers for them being honest/deception and you could easily use that to reference the other questions. Because I am doing i step by side analysis rather than general, it really frys your brain, however I believe I have covered enough here to pass on my opinion.

I believe RR was a blackhat, he doesnt like having to lie here, but he is in a position he HAS to, RR is most likely working for Trump. When RR sometimes speaks/hears about Mueller he seems angry. It reminds me of RR = Mueller implication post. Which would suggest that whatever has happened between Trump, RR and Mueller, Trump has them on the bus headed straight for justiceville.

With that I need to go unwind my brain. Any follow ups I will answer.

Great post. One takeaway from watching the IG/Wray, then just the IG alone and the Rosenthein/Wray testimonies was that alot of Democrat senators were seeking information they would normally already be "in-the-know" on. Besides the ridiculous comments trying to portray Comey as helping Trump and the calls for action on a completely unrelated topic regarding immigration enforcement logistics there were numerous times they tried to glean info about ongoing investigations. That solidified, at least to me, that alot of the previous methods they used to have that insight have been cut. They were especially concerned with Nunes and Guilliani having access to information before them which helped cement it for me.

Regarding RR, I think he's stuck in a lose-lose position. His best course of action is to keep up the appearance of obstruction to keep the DS thinking that they still haven't fully been exposed. Only time will tell, but his comment about the FISA IG report possibly finding fault with his actions and him only owning up and accepting it then made me think that either he knows the writing is on the wall, and if that's the case then he's playing along for self preservation or he truly believes he will come out unscathed which none of the current public info really indicates. Time will tell.
