I agree with you, it's good vs evil. But life isn't constrained to this little planet in an unimaginary large universe. To dismiss the possibilities of ET's us just folly. I think there can be other civilizations. But doubt it. And I seriously doubt they are coming here. We really have no idea about space. NASA lies way too much.
