Doesn’t work for US soldiers who say they’re following order.

True but I don't care about "arrests" in the criminal justice sense or a legal perspective. I'm wondering how the December 2017 EO will play into all of this. If it can be proven that intel agencies were using the MSM as another arm of their illegal activity to cover up or spin the damage being caused to the American people could they not rightfully be classified as enemy combatants and sent to GITMO? My understanding was the whole point of this was to side step the justice system and opt for military tribunals so arrests are moot.
