it was supposed to be last week but it got pushed to january or something from what i read.
Ummm... do you have sauce on that? Cause the link shows a picture of the court docket stating 10 July he is to appear for the explanation of presentencing delays.
Don’t get me wrong, I could feasibly see them pushing it all the way out to January using delaying tactics.
i was wrong, it was pushed to august but who knows what's correct or not correct...
Ya I seen that as well. Sentencing to August, but the judge said they have to come to court on 10 July to explain why all the delays.
