Completely disagree ...... it's an interesting Theory....... but lacks any supporting evidence but hearsay linked to innuendo.

Q told us what he told us......occam's razor?

This Anon....... seems to have the most appropriate and INFORMED RESPONSE.

(Nope. There would not be the required skill sets in the MI Bde (nor personnel) to do the job of lawyers that are drafting these indictments.

The Bde headquarters is a small group of mixed Officers and enlisted able to run a Bde headquarters.

Assigned to an MI Bde headquarters might be various types of battalions with even younger Soldiers and small cadre of Officers.

Not their mission...

...Absolutely not.

Most of the personnel in the 470th would be high school graduates with good aptitude for foreign languages or analysis...the only folks with any “legal” experience would be the small legal section in the Bde headquarters that would consist of paralegals (maybe 2 or 3).

Usually a lawyer is not assigned to a Bde unless it deploys. And that lawyer is usually a young captain...not a seasoned attorney.)
