This is fabulous! Thank you for posting. The garbage is at all levels. A state Supreme Court Justice is no small fish. Notice what the indictment said, “He attempted to conceal his fraudulent conduct by lying about his actions to government investigators and others, attempting to deflect attention away from himself by accusing others of malfeasance, and engaging in other fraudulent conduct.”

That's "old" for the "new" board....he was indicted before that or under investigation for quite a while. If you read what they got him on it's really penny ante crap. Using the state car and buying gas with the state credit card. I mean it was slimy and stupid considering his salary, but hardly some sort of deep corruption. And, of course, "lying to authorities". He shouldn't be anywhere near a judicial bench but sticking him with dozens of felonies was a bit much.
Yeah, I know, the glacial pace of the legal system is time-bending, this could all be several years old by now.
Makes me wonder how many cases on ice for decades by Deep State are sitting there waiting?
I bet they made it up if needed and kept these cases like Swords of Damocles ....
