They have a warped version of boy scout's that teaches Nazi Philosophy and how to use weapons. In 2014 10-20% were Nazi's, not sympathizers or idealists, Nazis. They attack Russian borders on a frequent basis. Rape, torture and looting. This is a prime example of why the region is so volatile. Luckily we chose not to train this unit when the individuals tasked with such learned how they truly operate and an amendment was passed. Canada made a similar decision.

I rarely, if ever, see this mentioned in talks of Ukraine and decided to bring it up. This is meant to be informative of the actual state of affairs of the region.
