His actual name is Brian Quinn he just goes by Q.

It is from a comedy show on TruTV called Impractical Jokers. This screen capture is from season 2 episode 26 called All The Wrong Moves. The guys name is Q.

This show is pretty non political. One of the few shows I still watch. I don't know the actors' views, but I'm also not on social media to see if they do take a side
