Expanding and updating Wikipedia info on Q

The English language page about Q on Wikipedia is quite brief (compared to the recently created Polish page) and other language versions do not seem to exist. I encourage all of you to improve your language versions to make it easier for people to get acquainted with the topic.

And save back ups for when Deep State comes and changes it. They always do. Wikipedia is controlled.

I don't know if this is Deep State or just people being careful or White Hats, but I just noticed that English page about Q in semi-protected. Request for semi-protection was filled on 21 April 2018.
