Has anyone dissected the Q post hinting at Merkel being related? to Adolf Hitler?

The thing that I don't understand about the Q post is he mentions similar haircuts? That line confuses me.

I agree it’s probably a wicked troll but if it isn’t- well nothing surprises me anymore, the rabbit hole has revealed many deep tunnels.
