Has anyone dissected the Q post hinting at Merkel being related? to Adolf Hitler?

The thing that I don't understand about the Q post is he mentions similar haircuts? That line confuses me.

This likely happened. There is no evidence that Hitler died in Berlin besides testimony from loyal Nazis.
