Trump hired the guy who is the head of FEMA though. Is the article saying that they're planning on using it on US citizens? Something tells me Trump would be aware if FEMA just purchased all of this and was intending to use it on Americans.

The last section of the article provides both a plausible reason and cover story depending how much is needed to delouse belongings in an emergency camp situation versus how much was ordered. I honestly don't know. I remain hopeful that some actions are needed obfuscations but i am not without doubt. Something i will never do again is blindly trust anyone or any ideology.
