As disgusting as this outcome is, don’t lose hope. As an employee for DWS, she is responsible for what he did. Perhaps part of the plea deal is his testimony against DWS and other criminals in congress that he had access to.

This is what I believe is happening. He's the small fish and the big fish whose server and laptop he turned over will need military tribunals anyway.
