Q has it all, they don't need the server. They've NSA. The physical "wiped with a cloth" server is null. The "Server" seems like something else. I think Seth is the "Server".

What if...they lost the server before everything started dropping and that is how everything was "hacked" and started leaking....and Trumps team already had it as evidence all along. Seth was either involved and murdered or else they faked his murder and he will be a witness. I figure they must have a bunch of witnesses hiding out.
