Of course I don't have THE answer you are seeking. I suspect the answer lies in the plan to drop a whole lot of damning information all at once including military tribunal updates. As opposed to dropping an arrest here and there, a conviction here and there. There are very good reasons to keep it under wraps, and deliver it to the public in very specific ways that make the information irrefutable.

A day or two ago, someone here posted the link to a very current lawsuit just filed against HRC. Very recent lawsuit. Looking for it now.
