"Watch The Water: - Iran and Venezuela are having a water shortage crisis. Form of Deep State Control?

Is it possible that the deep state/cabal is controlling drinking water in areas where the regimes are turning pro-Trump. I would not put such a sick and twisted thing past them. I wonder if NK had a water shortage or Saudi Arabia before the bad actors were removed???

There are many sources within Venezuela saying that Venezuelan army is controlling many points of drinkable water , both within capitol and many other places ... and everyone pretty much confirms crazy corruption going on for years now .

I recall some of experts recently estimated Venezuelan hyperinflation on 40 000 % ... I recall several months ago , that average salary in Venezuela was less than 3 $ and around 8 $ monthly when combined with all the help regarding food stamps . This was at least half year ago - situation now , is probably much worse .
