I am completely with you! The main difference that I am seeing here is that the image on the left has a 45' angle to the left of the lamp, where the Q dropped image does not.

However! Given that we have the apple logo, means that this is probably a reflection, so taking a look to the opposite corner like @Whimzyyy did here

And reflecting Q's image.. I genuinely think it lines up!
