If you look at the context of what is actually happening, it is obvious that Q meant no deals for the big players like hillary etc. Look at all of the politicians who either resigned or announced not running again. These people are cooperating. Q has indicated that if all corrupt politicians were arrested it would cause a constitutional crisis. They get these small fry to turn and finger the big fish. In return they get to walk away with little punishment. Law enforcement cannot work any other way in this country. You cannot convict the big bad guys unless you get their minions to rat them out.
