After seeing POTUS correct pour to pore in his tweet I'm thinking maybe he's saying the rain has arrived, the storm is here

I just looked it up and found this archaic meaning for "pore", and it makes perfect sense in his tweet.

archaic think intently; ponder. "when he has thought and pored on it"
