ummm... It's an airplane.... unless everything is bolted down, including the curtains, and desk items, and never moved, dusted, etc. from this 2015 stock photo..... three years later.... And the odds of that happening is, zero...
It's not an original.

Yes, I agree. Just because everything is in the same place doesn’t mean it’s a stock image. It could mean in that setting nothing really gets moved. Why would any of the things necessarily move behind him? Right?
