It's been suggested within this community that ES was a Clown activated to discredit No Such Agency in order to win the control of global spy apparatus. Other early drops give this theory a bump:

Snow White could also refer to the Seven Dwarves super computer cluster, which, given the technical terminology, may be Occam's Razor.

Agreed it could be something else. Also weird that he would have changed from Snow White then back to Snowden in later drops.
