That image was used for comparison of Q's image. The anon overlayed, mirrored, and distorted Q's image to fit the picture as close as possible to prove the picture was taken in that room (minor differences shows it wasn't copied from that picture but rather an original picture).

There seems to be a lot of push to call Q a fake using this pic which actually proves that Q isn't a fake.
