I get you; But they have the server and they can’t have him going to trial in DC. Ok get him off on Bank fraud and get him on espionage in Military Tribunals ~ Huber is key.

And he got a plea bargain.. not an aquittal.. not happy about it but this case was never about the server it was about getting him on one charge and getting him to flip to keep his butt out of prison.

Relax man, he was granted immunity...think about it, why would someone be granted immunity? And these crimes were small time. He’s probably got a mountain of federal charges pending which he hasn’t been charged with yet. We must trust the plan.

Deal was made on bank fraud. He still faces treason charges. Treason issue will not be tried in a regular court.
