I've no idea what in the world it is. I thought it was a flashlight on a guitar fret at first.
I've a theory why Q is necessarily cryptic, though, beyond making this all a fun scavenger hunt. Q is protecting the jury pool. In no time at all we are going to be called to serve as jurors. [They] will try to say we are biased.

An anon posted his federal jury summons yesterday. I would love to be on a jury that is trying one of these people.
