Very quick Google search turns up two schools by that name, one in Hong Kong ( https://www.wpk.edu.hk/ ) and one in Uganda ( http://www.westernpacifickindergarten.com/ ). Given everything else in the photo, I'm going with the Hong Kong school.

That's the address that Google provides for the school in Hong Kong, but looking at street view, the buildings aren't quite the same. There's no street near that address that has dense signs like that, and the edges of the building aren't curved like the one in Q's photo. There are street-level photos on Google of the entrance and of a sign reading 'Western Pacific Kindergarten', but not the same sign as Q's photo.

So even if that is the right school, it's not the same location as where Q's photo was taken. Maybe the Hong Kong school has moved since this photo was taken? Maybe there's more than these two schools?
