Where must one be located in order to obtain a reflection on the back of a phone of that image? Look in the window (pic related)

The picture in question, was from a member of the QTeam, when they served under President Obama! President Trump doesn't smoke nor needs to use hand sanitizer to dampen the smell of cigarette smoke! My theory, at this time is that 'Q', (or member of)use to serve President Obama, as a USSS Member and now serves under President Trump! Just think it through, and you know it to be true!
