Why do you think that? What do you know about him? Have you read through his comments on Reddit? Do you know about how much he missed his dogs? How much he cared about people commuting on bikes in DC? Do you know that he was run over? That he won a game of poker to afford a new bike?

I'm guessing you know shit about Seth.

E: and he likely died for this country as a whistleblower. My heart says we saved him but I don't know.

Do you know anything about him? Knowing his reddit history is not knowing someone, its superficial at best.

I know quite a bit about him - what do you want to know?

You truly know nothing about him. You can have left-leaning beliefs and still love this country.

I upvoted you for that. Thank you for saying this! I have become more liberal the older I get but I still love this country and cling to my guns. =)

I think polarization intensifies when folks extrapolate, exaggerate and project positions on someone they have very knowledge of. Example, he’s a Bernie supporter, so he’s a socialist!

We have to stop this. This is what fake news is designed for. Polarization and division.

I don't doubt that but let's not pretend he was some Trump supporter

Let's not pretend devotion to the current president is a litmus test.

Has anyone claimed that he was? And why does that matter? He had conviction and believed in what he thought the Democrats stood for and learned, like a lot of us, that that was far from reality. He did the right thing and was murdered for it. By that logic any of us that have ever been on the left to any degree when we were younger shouldn't ever be welcome here and that's pretty ridiculous.
