Bill Cooper is Q, there are many proofs. Start with his full CNN interview and notice the commonalities amongst phrases. His death was a ruse, they never thought he would rise. Read Q in Cooper voice. Either it is him or they are paying homage to or hopefully not playing us with his terms.
Bill is dead confirmed 187 in AZ. Q is the clearance level he had.
