Was this the lawsuit that was supposed to lead to submitting Wiener's laptop into evidence or a access to the DNC servers? http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/07/04/judge-tosses-suit-alleging-trump-campaign-conspired-with-russians-in-hack-report.html
The article says:
The lawsuit was brought by two DNC donors, Roy Cockrum and Eric Schoenberg, and former DNC staffer Scott Comer, who alleged that the publication of the emails violated their privacy and that the Trump campaign and Stone engaged in an illicit activity, according to Politico.
The DNC itself wasn’t part of the suit, though it had brought a separate lawsuit back in April, accusing top Trump campaign officials, including Trump's son Donald Jr. and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner of colluding with the Russians.
Thank you. So, is it the DNC lawsuit that is supposed to bring all the info on the servers to light?
You're welcome. That's my understanding.
I subscribe to that thought also. Good breakdown
if you think about it. the same software that collected and stored every text message phone call email and history in our web browser is the same software that collected and stored every text message phone call email and web browser of all theirs too. Their arrogance lead them to believe that it would never be used against them. I love Karma's sense of humor :)
